Herb Salt
This Herb salt will keep for a few days in an airtight jar. You can enjoy
using it by rubbing onto a chicken before roasting, for sprucing up pizzas and pies, and to make a herby salad dressing
by adding oil, vinegar and garlic.
3–4 heaped tablespoons each
of fresh thyme, oregano and
rosemary
2 tablespoons salt
Chop the fresh herbs finely (I use a mezzaluna for this) and mix in
small jar with the sea salt.
